Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay when available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, we will review the order status and do our best to help update or cancel it. Orders that have already shipped will be handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be declined due to billing information mismatch, card limits, bank security checks, insufficient funds, or payment provider rules. Please confirm your billing details and try another payment method if needed.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. Canada Wellness Market is based in Canada and primarily ships wellness products to customers in the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time for U.S. orders is usually 5–10 business days after the order has shipped. Total estimated delivery time, including processing and transit, is usually 6–13 business days for U.S. orders.
What is your order cutoff time?
Orders placed before 11:00 AM Eastern Time may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the order. Current U.S. shipping rates start at $19 USD and may increase based on order weight. Final shipping charges may be displayed at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when tracking is available for your shipment. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and arranging delivery, pickup, or redelivery with the carrier when required.
Are customs duties or import fees included?
Because Canada Wellness Market ships from Canada to customers in the United States, some orders may involve customs, import duties, taxes, carrier fees, or other import-related charges. Where applicable, these costs may be collected at checkout, prepaid by Canada Wellness Market, included in the order cost, or charged by the carrier depending on the shipment, destination, and applicable regulations.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Return eligibility depends on the reason for the return, product type, product condition, and timing of the request. Eligible items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, in the same condition as received, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please review our Refund and Return Policy for details.
How long do I have to request a return?
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days, depending on the product type, condition, and reason for return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges and any non-refundable customs, import, or carrier-related costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
Can I return opened supplements or personal care products?
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, food and beverage products, vitamins and supplements, beauty products, skincare products, personal care products, opened items, used items, sale items, and gift cards may not be eligible for return once shipped unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, incorrect item, or package. We may ask for photos, tracking details, or carrier confirmation so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.
How long does a refund take?
Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
