Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered by Canada Wellness Market. We are based in Canada and primarily serve customers in the United States.
Please review this policy before placing an order. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the shipping terms described below.
1. Shipping Destinations
Canada Wellness Market primarily ships orders to customers in the United States.
Shipping availability may depend on the product type, delivery address, carrier availability, customs requirements, and applicable import rules.
If an order cannot be shipped to the address provided, we may contact you by email or cancel and refund the order according to our order and refund policies.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM Eastern Time may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, carrier delays, inventory delays, customs-related delays, or when additional order verification is required.
If an item is temporarily unavailable or out of stock, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the order. Current shipping rates are listed below:
- 0 – 1500 g: $19 USD
- 1500.01 – 2500 g: $21 USD
- 2500.01 – 3000 g: $22 USD
- 3000.01 – 3500 g: $25 USD
- 3500.01 – 4000 g: $27 USD
- 4000.01 – 4500 g: $30 USD
- 4500.01 – 5000 g: $32 USD
- 5000.01 – 5500 g: $34 USD
- 5500.01 – 6002 g: $36 USD
- 6002.01 – 6500 g: $39 USD
- 6500.01 – 7000 g: $41 USD
- 7000.01 – 7500 g: $43 USD
- 7500.01 – 8000 g: $46 USD
- 8000.01 – 8500 g: $47 USD
- 8500.01 – 9100 g: $48 USD
- 9100.01 – 9500 g: $50 USD
- 9500.01 g and above: $53 USD
Heavy, oversized, fragile, restricted, or special-handling items may require additional shipping charges. If additional charges apply, we may contact you before shipping the order.
Final shipping charges may be displayed at checkout or confirmed before fulfillment.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated transit time for U.S. orders is usually 5–10 business days after the order has been shipped.
Total estimated delivery time, including order processing and transit time, is usually 6–13 business days for U.S. orders.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on carrier service, customs processing, holidays, weather, delivery location, address accuracy, and other circumstances outside our control.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and arranging delivery, pickup, or redelivery with the carrier when required.
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery, especially for higher-value orders.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
Because Canada Wellness Market ships from Canada to customers in the United States, some orders may involve customs, import duties, taxes, carrier fees, or other import-related charges.
Where applicable, these costs may be collected at checkout, prepaid by Canada Wellness Market, included in the order cost, or charged by the carrier depending on the shipment, destination, and applicable regulations.
Customs processing may cause delays that are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can be legally imported into their destination. If an order is refused, returned, delayed, or restricted due to customs, import rules, incorrect address information, or failure to receive the package, the order may be handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.
7. Incorrect Address, Refused Delivery, or Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is delayed, returned, refused, or unclaimed because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, missed delivery attempt, refused delivery, failure to collect the package, or failure to arrange redelivery, we may offer reshipment or a refund after deducting applicable shipping, return shipping, customs, import, and carrier-related costs.
If reshipment is requested, the customer may be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost before the package is shipped again.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, severely delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask for your order number, tracking number, photos of the damaged package or item, carrier confirmation, or other information needed to review the issue.
In some cases, a carrier claim may need to be opened before a refund, replacement, or other resolution can be completed.
If the issue was caused by Canada Wellness Market, the carrier, or a fulfillment error, we will offer an appropriate resolution according to our Refund and Return Policy.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the order status and do our best to help. However, once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Orders that have already shipped will be handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.
10. Out-of-Stock Items and Pricing Errors
If an item is out of stock, temporarily unavailable, incorrectly priced, or listed with incorrect product information, we may contact you by email, adjust the order, cancel the affected item, or cancel and refund the order.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product availability, pricing, and shipping information accurate, but errors may occur.
