1. Overview

Canada Wellness Market wants customers to understand our return and refund process before placing an order. This policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect orders, non-delivered packages, cancellations, exchanges, and non-returnable items are handled.

Canada Wellness Market is based in Canada and primarily serves customers in the United States. Some orders may involve shipping, customs, import duties, taxes, and carrier-related costs that may not be refundable once an order has shipped.


2. U.S. Orders

Canada Wellness Market ships orders to customers in the United States. Return eligibility depends on the reason for the return, the product type, the product condition, and the timing of the request.

Once an order has shipped, certain costs such as original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, taxes, and carrier-related charges may be non-refundable.


3. Return Window

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return requests made after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or approved by Canada Wellness Market on a case-by-case basis.


4. Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only.

Canada Wellness Market does not accept in-store returns or drop-off returns. Customers must contact us before sending any return so we can review the request and provide return instructions when applicable.


5. Return Eligibility

For eligible items, customers may request a return for defective or non-defective products, including certain change-of-mind returns, within the return window.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • New, unused, and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Approved for return by Canada Wellness Market before being mailed back

Items that are opened, used, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for return.


6. Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping when a return is approved. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Canada Wellness Market is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Original shipping charges and any non-refundable customs, import, tax, or carrier-related costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.


7. Restocking Fee

Canada Wellness Market does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.


8. Exchanges

Canada Wellness Market does not offer general exchanges.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.


9. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for photos, order details, tracking information, carrier confirmation, or other information so we can review the issue.

If the issue was caused by Canada Wellness Market, the carrier, or a fulfillment error, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.


10. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned once shipped unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Food and beverage products
  • Vitamins and supplements
  • Perishable or consumable health products
  • Beauty products
  • Skincare and personal care products
  • Opened or used items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can review the issue.


11. Returned, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for monitoring tracking updates.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, failure to collect, missed delivery attempts, or failure to arrange redelivery with the carrier, we may offer reshipment or a refund after deducting applicable shipping, return shipping, customs, import, tax, and carrier-related costs.

If reshipment is requested, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping cost before the package is shipped again.


12. Order Cancellations

If you request cancellation before fulfillment or shipping begins, we will review the order status and process a cancellation when possible.

If the order has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be handled according to this Refund and Return Policy.


13. Refund Timeline

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.


14. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us before mailing any item back. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting information such as photos or tracking details when applicable.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
