Ingredients 10 ml:
- Elemental Iron II (Ferrous gluconate) 10 mg
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 2.5 mg
- Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin 5-phosphate sodium) 4 mg
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 2 mg
- Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 7.5 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
- Aqueous extracts of rosehip, chamomile, fennel, spinach
- Juice concentrates of black grape, pear, black currant, cherry, blackberry, and carrot
- Rosehip extract, purified water, and ascorbic acid (antioxidant)

Important Information:
- Do not use if allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family
- Avoid if sensitive to Matricaria or plants of the Compositae family
- Taking a daily multivitamin mineral supplement along with this product may cause constipation, diarrhea, or vomiting due to high iron intake
- Keep out of reach of children
Suggested use:
Adults & adolescents 14+: Take 10 ml twice daily before meals
Children 10-14 years: Take 10 ml once daily before a meal
Children 5-9 years: Take 5 ml once daily before a meal
Children 2-4 years: Take 4 ml once daily before a meal
