Jamieson Ginger has been formulated to provide 340mg of raw herb ginger to prevent nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness, and/or seasickness. Not only does ginger help calm the stomach, ginger has traditionally been used in Herbal medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances including lack of appetite, nausea, digestive spasms, indigestion, heartburn and abdominal pain, and can also be used to help relieve bronchitis as well as coughs and colds. Each softgel contains:
Ginger Extract (17:1) (Zingiber officinale, rhizome) equivalent to 340 mg of raw herb 20mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Medium chain triglycerides, gelatin, glycerin.

Dosage
Adults, adolescents and children 6 years and over: For anti-nausea, take 2 softgels every 4 hours, 1-3 times daily; For the prevention of motion sickness, take 2 softgels at least 30 minutes before departure; For relief of digestive upset, take 1 softgel daily Do not exceed 6 softgels daily
