Catnip (5:1) extract (Nepeta cataria, plant) 20 mg
Hops (4:1) extract (Humulus lupulus, strobiles) Equivalent to 100 mg raw herb 25 mg
Passion flower (4:1) extract (Passiflora incarnata, flower) Equivalent to 100 mg raw herb 25 mg
Non-Medicinal IngredientsCellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, gelatin.
Important Information:
No salt, gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavours. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have depression and/or related diseases, or if you are breast-feeding. Do not use if you are pregnant. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consumption with alcohol, drugs, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; if this occurs, discontinue use.
