Each ml contains:
- Organic Catnip (fresh leaf and flower, nepeta cataria) 165mg
- Organic Green Oatstraw (fresh aerial parts, avena sativa) 106mg
- Organic Chamomile (fresh flower, matricaria recutita) 106mg
- Organic Valerian (fresh root, valeriana officinalis) 26mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients:
- Pure, certified organic vegetable glycerin

Important Information:
- Consult a health care practitioner if insomnia persists for more than 3 weeks or worsens.
- Do not use if allergic to herbs of the Asteraceae family.

Suggested use:
