This product contains a range of nutrients including silicon, biotin, selenium, vitamin C, magnesium, and several B vitamins, as well as trace amounts of over 60 naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes. It is free from added flavoring and contaminants such as heavy metals, bacteria, yeast, and radiation.
Each tablespoon (15ml) contains:
- Silicon (silicon Dioxide, bambusa vulgaris - whole) 84mg
- Biotin 500mcg
- Iodine (laminaria digitata - whole) 250mcg
- Selenium (selenomethionine) 70mcg
- Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 200mg
- Magnesium (glycinate) 200mg
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 10mg
- Niacinamide (vitamin B3) 20mg
- Thiamin (vitamin B1, thiamine hydrochloride) 10mg
- Copper (copper (II) bisglycinate) 1.5mg
- Plus trace amounts of over 60 naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes.

Important Information:

Suggested use:
