PGX Granules are designed to mix smoothly into water, juice, or various foods such as cereal, yogurt, and salads, providing an easy method to include fiber in your diet.

This product features a unique fiber matrix made from konjac-mannan, sodium alginate, and xanthan gum, processed using advanced technology to create a viscous blend. This combination allows the granules to absorb water and form a gel-like substance.

The gel formation contributes to a sensation of fullness and supports appetite control. PGX Granules can be taken consistently before or with meals or snacks as part of a dietary routine.

Available in granule form, this product offers flexibility for use in beverages or sprinkled on foods without affecting flavor.

Each level scoop (5ml) contains:
- PGX Proprietary Blend (Highly purified blend, processed using advanced proprietary EnviroSimplex technology: konjac-mannan [root], sodium alginate, xanthan gum): 5g
Important Information:
- Contains no artificial preservatives, color or sweeteners
- Free from corn, dairy, starch, wheat, and yeast

Suggested use:
Stir 1 level scoop (5g), 2 times daily into 375mL-500mL of cold water or juice.
Drink additional water (375mL-500mL) after ingesting PGX.
Begin with 1/2 a scoop and gradually increase over several days as tolerated.
Up to 1 scoop, 3 times daily may be required in some cases for optimal appetite control or as directed by a health professional.
Use consistently before or with meals or with healthy snacks to greatly reduce appetite and curb food cravings.

This is an easy way to up my fiber game without changing how my food tastes, which I really appreciate.

I find this granules form easier to handle than powders, and it blends smoothly overall.

Really handy product, and the fact that it’s unflavored makes it easy to sneak into meals without anyone noticing.

I usually mix it with water or juice and it dissolves easily without lumps. No complaints here!

Perfect for anyone who wants fiber but doesn't want a powder that tastes like chalk or has a weird aftertaste.

Simple to use and convenient packaging; it’s a nice addition to my health regimen.

I appreciate that it’s flavorless since I add it to soups and stews without any changes in taste.

Bonus size is definitely worth it, I’ve been using this daily and it lasts a good while.

A great way to keep up with fiber intake without altering my usual food or drink choices.

The texture is a little grainy at first, but after a minute in water it smooths out pretty well. No flavor added means I can mix it with anything.

Tried this because I wanted a tasteless fiber supplement, and it fits the bill perfectly. Just stir into water and go.

Good product, does what it says. The packaging is also convenient and reseals well.

I’m not big on powders, but these granules dissolve nicely and don’t leave a chalky feeling.

Works well for me as a simple way to get more fiber in my diet, and the bonus pack is a nice touch!

I like that this fiber option is unflavored and doesn’t mess with the taste of my smoothies or oatmeal.

These granules mix quickly into my morning water without any weird texture or flavor—super easy to add to my daily routine.
