Important Information:

Suggested use:
Choose your preferred brewing method and use 37ml (2 1/2 tablespoons) of freshly ground coffee beans for every 240ml (8oz) of water.
Add 15-30ml (1-2 tablespoons) of grass-fed, unsalted butter and 5ml (1 teaspoon) of Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil®, increasing gradually up to 15-30ml (1-2 tablespoons).
